The fastest way to reach the Roadigo team is by email. We read every message and typically reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, Pacific Time). Urgent issues during a trip are triaged first.

Please include your account email, the device/OS you are using (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.3), and a short description of what happened. Screenshots or a share link to the trip plan speed things up a lot.

Why is my trip plan taking a long time to generate?

Roadigo uses large AI models to draft your itinerary. Most plans come back in 10–30 seconds. If it has been more than a minute, your network may have dropped — pull down to refresh, or tap Retry. If it keeps failing, email us with the prompt you used.

Travel times or distances look wrong.

Route details are sourced from Google Maps and AMap. AI-suggested waypoints occasionally land on a hard-to-reach point; tap the stop and drag it to a nearby alternative, or ask the AI to adjust the order. Always verify driving time, road conditions, and business hours before you depart.

How do I share my plan with a friend?

Open any trip and tap the Sharebutton in the top bar. Roadigo will generate a public link anyone can open in a browser — no account needed on the recipient's side. You can disable the share link at any time.

How do I delete my account?

In the iOS app or web app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm with your email. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, trip plans, and share links. If you cannot sign in, email support@roadigo.ai from your account address — we complete such requests within 30 days.

Does Roadigo work offline?

Not yet. Roadigo needs an internet connection to generate plans and load maps. Once a plan is generated, it is saved to your account and you can re-open it any time you are back online. Offline export (PDF) is on the roadmap.

Is Roadigo free?

Yes. You can plan unlimited trips for free during our launch period. If we introduce paid plans later, existing users will be notified in advance and nothing you've already created will be paywalled.

See our Privacy Policy for a full breakdown. TL;DR: we don't sell your data, we store the minimum needed to sync your trips, and you can delete everything from the app at any time.
