- Italian historic centers ban non-resident cars and the cameras WILL find you in Wisconsin. Always park in edge garages.
- Book ahead: Colosseum, Uffizi, Florence Duomo dome, Villa del Balbianello, any Brunello tasting. Walk-ups waste your trip.
- Cinque Terre + Como = leave the car parked, use trains and ferries.
