A massive cross-country leap from the Pacific to the Atlantic, hitting desert gems and space hubs.

Santa Clarita → Phoenix → Tucson ✈ San Antonio → Houston ✈ Ocala → St. Augustine → Space Center → Miami

  1. Day 1 · Desert Bound

    Long haul through the desert to kick things off. Keep the AC cranking.

      Fuel up and grab snacks at Newhall Refinery before hitting the 14.

      Stretch your legs among massive cacti. The sunset here is a game-changer.

  2. Day 2 · Saguaro & Stars

    Short drive today, giving you plenty of time for the desert museum.

      Grab a quick coffee and head south on the I-10.

  3. Day 3 · Texas Transit

    The big one. ✈️ Fly to San Antonio to save 12 hours of flat highway.

      ✈️ Fly to San Antonio. Driving this stretch is a brutal 13-hour slog.

      Quick history fix. It's smaller than you think but a must-see.

  4. Day 4 · Space City

    Easy drive into the heart of the space program.

      Grab breakfast tacos and hit the I-10 East.

    • Space Center Houston

      The Saturn V rocket is mind-blowing. Give yourself 3-4 hours here.

  5. Day 5 · Florida Bound

    ✈️ Fly to Orlando/Ocala area. The drive is 12+ hours of swamp.
